🔁 Change of Mind Returns

We offer exchanges on full-price items for change-of-mind within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags are attached

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Change-of-mind exchanges are provided at our discretion.

🏷️ Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund for change-of-mind.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described.

💎 Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described.

⚖️ Faulty or Defective Products (ACL)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, this may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable time.

We may assess the item to determine the appropriate remedy.

🚫 Exclusions

Items will not be considered faulty if the issue is due to:

  • Misuse or accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow care instructions

💳 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return postage unless checkout+ was purchased or the item is faulty or not as described.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

🚫 Important Note

Perfume and candles cannot be shipped internationally due to air transport restrictions.
